SADCASE Classic Vehcile Show-This weekend!!! 29th July

Well after many months of planning the Sadcase Storington Vehicle show is finally here this weekend on Sunday 29th. We have introduced the pre-booking system this year and we now have 420 already booked. We did have small waiting list of cars ready to take the place of anyone who had to drop out for a variety of reasons and those reserves have now been accommodated. If you are booked to attend the show and for any reason can't make it then please let us know as we are sure to get a few late entries and we do not want to waste a space. The event site entrance as in previous years will be in Hurston Lane on the far side of the field as you are coming out of Storrington on the Pulborough Road. It will be sign posted. All show vehicles MUST arrive with their show number placed in the windscreen so we know you have pre booked your space. Anyone who arrives without a number will be put in the public parking area until 10am when the show starts and the gates close. If at that point we have any spaces in the show field left they will be moved to the available slot. Due to the show being fully booked we do ask all cars to be parked as close together as possible within reason and marshalls will be on hand to guide you into your slot. Only one slot per car as there is not enough room for awnings/tents etc. Due to health and safety regulations we can have NO vehicle movement after 10am so make sure you arrive in plenty of time and aim for 9.30 or earlier. We will be on site from about 7.30 if you are really keen on arriving early. We have booked the food vendors, the autojumblers, the ice cream van and some other stalls to keep you amused. It seems we have booked the weather again as well, as the forcast is Hot! Hot! Hot! If you are coming to the show but not showing your car there will be very little parking available on site so please either walk to the field or if you are coming from further afield please park in Storrington (Library car park etc) or the surrounding streets.

Sorry about all the rules and regulations but we need to make it clear before the event so there are no arguments on the day. All due to a lack of space and the show being so popular. We are working on a new venue for next year that will hold a lot more cars.
