MG "Arundel" event now moved to Amberley Museum
A reminder to everyone with an MG who is coming to the MGOC "Arundel Castle " event this Sunday (15th April) that, due to waterlogged lawns, the event will NOT be held at Arundel, but at Amberley Museum instead.
Full details from Andy Harris at Chichester MGOC as follows;
As I am sure you are aware the recent heavy rain has left the ground very waterlogged. Unfortunately, this has resulted in, our opinion, unacceptable conditions on the lawns within Arundel castle.
As you can imagine it is with very deep regret that we have made the decision to move our event at the last minute.
We have, however, managed to arrange a fantastic alternative venue for the Picnic and Gathering and we are very grateful to Amberley Chalk Pit Museum for hosting our event this year, at such short notice. http://www.amberleymuseum.co.uk/
